Instructional Technology
First of all, before we know the meaning of instructional technology, we should know what is the technology? The technology has two words (TECHO) means skill and (LOGO) means of science. Thus, the term technology is planning technical skill (Wikipedia, 2011) Thus, the instructional technology based on the use of information technology to improve employment and education together. Instruction technology has been developing began in the twentieth century and has gone though stage of development until the present era. And it included beneath the so-called technology design. The technology will put its professional standards to help develop societies and the individuals.
Instructional Technology Defined
According to Perelman (2008) define of instruction technology, “instruchial technology is just what it sounds (e.g., computers, CD-ROMs, interactive media, Modems, satellites, teleconferencing, and other technological means to support learning”. Some believe that technology education back to the era scholars of Greece, and some saw the beginning of the twentieth century, and if we took the first view as the beginning of education movement in the sixties of the twentieth century at the hands of the world’s Skinner. Hence, there were many stages of technology development. The web site shows our some the stages of the technology from the beginning of the twentieth century after World War II until now:
1. Visual Instruction 1923s
2. Audio-Visual Instruction 1930s
3. Communication Concept1940s
4. System Concept.
5. Behavioral Sciences.
6. Instructional Design.
7. System Approach.
8. Instruction Development. (Nangia, 2008)
Technology education is an essential and effective in learning. For example, the student can use this technique on large scale as it does not adhere to traditional text books.

Conclusion
In conclusion, we realize that the concept of instructional technology they are based on the curriculum to meet the needs of society and the individual to improve the efficiency of education and work solve problems. We should follow the movement of technology and educational process in the past, present and future.
